Instructions

Cook the Pasta

  • Start by cooking the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Once done, drain it well and set it aside.

Cook the Steak

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet. Cook the steak for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until it is just browned. After cooking, remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.

Sauté the Vegetables

  • In the same skillet, add the sliced green bell pepper and onion. Sauté the vegetables for about 4-5 minutes or until they become softened and slightly caramelized. Next, add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Make the Sauce

  • Lower the heat to medium. In the skillet, add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce becomes smooth.

Combine All Ingredients

  • Once the sauce is ready, add the cooked pasta and the browned steak back into the skillet. Stir everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce. If you like it extra cheesy, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top at this stage.

Serve

  • Once everything is well mixed and heated through, serve hot. Enjoy your delicious Philly Cheese Steak Pasta!
